5 bedrooms with en-suite | Sleeps up to 15 guests
An ibicenc heritage property, once the largest house uinthe village, now reimagined as an intimate boutique hotel and villa
The Giri Residence is a soulful retreat in the heart of San Juan village, Ibiza. Once the town’s grandest home, now reimagined with care and elegance. Each suite blends natural textures, artisan design, and soft light. The garden is a place to pause, the spa invites you to unwind, and the north of the island sets the pace. A quiet, beautiful escape – rooted in heritage, made for rest.
The Giri Residence also serves as a boutique hotel, offering individually bookable suites during spring and autumn. In high season, the entire villa is only available as a full estate rental, complete with hotel services and breakfast included. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
